Jamie T - Don't You Find (video)

So after 4 years Jamie has returned to us what looks like a more grown up version of himself to what we were used to. Not only has his looks changed, but evidently his sound has too. In his new single we are introduced to a soft voice that articulates words clearly, instead of the rough, slurring London accent we're used to. Jamie T has always been associated with upbeat 'live fast die young' rock n roll tracks, so might have been a little disappointing for some when they first herd this track. Recently in an interview on Radio 1 he said he chose the most melancholy song from the album to release first, so that it wouldn't get overlooked amongst all the other songs on the album, so I'm sure we can expect a lot more from the album release.
