Imagine a road trip of a lifetime, well that's what Gunther Holtorf is still doing after 24 years on the road. The trip has spanned 6 continents with over 500,000 miles being covered in a reliable Mercedes Benz G wagon affectionately named Otto (what great PR for Mercedes).
The trip was originally started with his partner Christine who unfortunetly passed away from cancer in 2010, she had one request before she passed, that he continue the trip so she could watch him from above. It hurts to think how much he must miss her after all that they've experienced.
